Hey there tribe!
Welcome to the Irenic Journey Chakra Series! I’m so excited to have you join me on this journey!
This is the first step to diving deeper into our chakra journey! You are on your way to witnessing and possibly experience something amazing!
Yeeewwwww! (I hope you’re as excited as I am, people!) 😊
Now before I get too deep, some of you may be thinking, “what the heck is a chakra?” and “why do I want my chakras unblocked?” You may have heard about unblocking the chakras or even just the term before but may not know what it is!
Chakras are known as the main energy centers of the body. In Sanskrit, chakra translates to “wheel”. So, you can think of it as a swirling wheel of healing energy that flows through the body. This energy flows up along the spine and travels down through the front of the body. This invisible healing energy, Prana, is a vital life force and helps keep us healthy, vibrant and alive.
There are seven main chakras that start at the base of the spine and run all the way up to the crown of the head. Each of the chakras has its own location, color, mantra, symbol, purpose and number of lotus petals associated with them.
To unblock the chakras refers to the idea that when all of our chakras are open, energy can run through them freely allowing harmony to exist between the body, mind, and soul. Blockage or imbalance of the chakras, can lead to a variety of physical, mental and spiritual ailments. To break things down, certain things you may be struggling with in your life, can be signs or symptoms that a chakra is blocked!
Sayyy whattt?!
So, you may be wondering, “how do I open my chakras?” Hang tight, that is where I come in as your guide, my friends! By learning and understanding the chakras, we are able to create balance and harmony between our mind, body and soul by awakening, energizing, and reconnecting each chakra.
Does this all make sense?
Hopefully, I’m not getting too woo-woo on you now. It may be difficult to grasp at first but we’re in this journey together and I’ll help you through this!
